Meet Joey AND Brad
Joey and Brad are co-creators, co-writers, co-producers, and co-stars of “The Fast and the Furious: A Musical Parody” which was described by the Universal Pictures legal team as “please stop using our official logo.” The musical sold out its entire 2019 run at the two-hundred seat Dynasty Typewriter theater and became a favorite of everyone from musical theater geeks to internet celebrities. It was described as “the funniest thing in the f*cking world” on the Joe Rogan Podcast, the most downloaded podcast internationally of 2019.
The musical was slated to debut as an official selection for the now-postponed 2020 Edinburgh Fringe Fest.
Joey and Brad started working with Scott Hoying of the Pentatonix on short form musical content in the summer of 2020. In four months, the videos have amassed over 20,000,000 views across platforms, and their song about Joe Exotic and alleged husband murderer Carole Baskin was written up in Playbill and on Broadway World. The three of them and music producer Petro AP are currently writing a full-length original musical.
